What We Reach for at the First Sign of a Cold
Immune system support we use for our 6 & 3 year old when cold symptoms show up
Mylah (3 years old) came down with cold like symptoms this week - throat scratchy, little runny nose, slightly elevated temp. So we immediately started her on a protocol to help the immune system and accelerate healing. We also jumped Kessa (6 years old) on a protocol to help prevent by building immune system resilience.
Our girls are 6 & 3. Mylah can’t swallow supplements yet so takes a little more creativity. This is the dosage we did for them, always read the label and do what feels right for you and your family. This is the daily protocol we followed until Mylah felt 100%. And Kessa never came down with anything :) so stopped her at the same time.

Reishi Supreme (1 capsule) our 3 year old can’t swallow pills yet so we would open the capsule and mix in a shot of grape juice
Thymus Supreme (1 capsule) again 3 year old can’t swallow but this one has a super mild taste so we open it up and pour in her mouth then she drinks water. OH MY is she obsessed with this one. We have to hide the bottle. She asks for it daily.

Outside of supplements we try our best to get outside as much as possible. Sunlight and feet on the earth. Also making sure we are hydrated with minerals and electrolytes, these are our favorite (use code Charlie10 for a discount).
